Kayla
This is a classic example of the “victim” identity, putting the blame on someone else.
Once again reinforcing the victim motif. I feel it is important to keep the thread going throughout the length of the story.
Sam
I thought it was interesting how very contradictory Sam’s experience was from Kayla’s.
Later in this paper, it morphed from success to victim. Interesting the path a story can take and the different ideas it can incorporate.
Hannah
I thought this was really powerful and showed the impact past experiences have on writing.
Again, this story was extremely deep and powerful and went beyond writing.
Blake
I thought this passage was interesting, displaying both victim and outsider qualities. But a story can have more than one, and even a combination of several.
This was interesting because it was a “child prodigy” identity, but it was a little different. Not all stories fit the exact outline, some expand or take liberties.
